Duchess Cupcake's Cauldron Chaos ("the game", "we", "our") is a single-player web game. We do not collect, transmit, or sell personal data from gameplay. All gameplay progress — level completion, stars, inventory, daily challenge results, streaks, and shop purchases — is stored locally in your browser vialocalStorage and never leaves your device.

Clearing your browser's site data will erase all in-game progress. We do not maintain a backup or cloud save of your data.

The game does not request, transmit, or store: your name, email address, phone number, IP address (beyond what your browser sends to any server it contacts), contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location, or any other personal identifier.
